Quino El Guardian is the "brother" ship of Rocio Del Mar. Quino is a 90' boat that was originally a Northeast commercial fishing vessel. Quino was brought to Mexico in 2015 and completely redesigned for research and exploration and recreational dive adventures.

Quino El Guardian gives divers the opportunity to visit magical destinations throughout Mexico while offering guests an incredible trip and the high level of service and delicious food. About half of our trips on Quino are Citizen Science Expeditions giving divers the experience of working side-by-side with scientists as they study sharks, mantas, reef ecology, marine biology and more. Activities include animal tagging, identification, DNA sampling, and daily presentations on migration, reproduction, conservation and daily observations.

The Quino el Guardian caters to up to 16 divers in 4 quad cabins, each with 4 beds with privacy curtains and a storage drawer for each guest. In between dives guests can relax on the large shaded sundeck with lawn chairs or in the salon with comfortable sofas, TV and computer table. Meals are served in the dining room, and start with an American Breakfast to fuel the morning and end with homemade soups, salads and local fresh dishes. Beers and wines are also included. Quino is available for individual bookings, half and full charters as well as custom private charters.
