The guest can fly into both HRG or RMF airports; the boat is in Port Ghalib.
If they fly into RMF Apt; the transfer time is about 20 minutes. We have a free transfer on the arrival day at 18.00; either from RMF Apt or a hotel in the Port Ghalib area. If the guest arrives at a different time; we can organize a transfer from the airport for 12 Euro, payable onboard – if the guests arrive early; we could pick them up and take them to the marina where the boat is docked; they could leave their luggage in our meeting point and have a wonder around the marina; perhaps enjoy something to eat and / or drink and just watch the world go by.
If they fly into HRG Apt; the free transfer time is again at 18.00; either from the airport or a hotel nearby. Again; we can organize a transfer at a different time; but as the drive is approximately 3 hours; the price would be 58 Euro.
For departure; the courtesy transfer to Port Ghalib hotels, RMF, and Hurghada departs at 09:30; and will be in Hurghada around 3 hours later – as for international flights from Hurghada airport it is recommended to be there 3 hours beforehand. Of course we can organize a transfer at a different time again, for a charge.
